Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@paperbagprinter.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and Issues

We want everything to be perfect! If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to process a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
